Introducing the NEW PetrisWINDS Recall 5.4!
The data collected from the drilling and logging of oil and gas wells is one of the greatest assets that an oil company possesses. However, due to the large and ever-growing quantity of data collected, effective management of that data on a corporate scale can often be difficult and the challenges significant. PetrisWINDS Recall 5.4 brings together some substantial new developments and numerous usability and functionality enhancements to the industry-leading solution for loading, managing, storing, processing, and distributing well borehole data.
New features and enhancements to version 5.4 include:
Raven Data Workflow and Quality
New capabilities have been developed to identify duplicate data and common errors in borehole data, eliminating redundancy and fixing problems without manual intervention.
- Reports - provide feedback about problems that have been found in the data by Raven. The option will allow users to identify the failed dataset, create a report and make suggestions on how to fix the problems The module will report details of all Raven quality test failures of a level higher than or equal to that requested for the tables matching the queries.
- Duplicate Identification – copes with complex situations in identifying duplicate curves in both the source and target projects.
- Fix-It – repair a large variety of common errors without human intervention.
- Remove – delete database attributes used during Raven processing, once the workflow is complete, either manually or automatically.
- Cleanup – cleanup up the staging database following publication of data to the original format data base and or online database.
Impetus Image Interpretation
Incorporating all of your data (core, stratigraphy, wireline) in one workflow and interpretation of images has never been more efficient. Impetus now incorporates all the features of the former Image Display, but in a much more intuitive and modern interface with dedicated templates for many standard imaging applications.
Integration with Schlumberger’s Techlog Interactive Suite®
Use the industry-standard PetrisWINDS Recall database to store and manage your Techlog data without having to leave the familiarity of the Techlog environment. Fast and complete drag and drop data transfer is achieved from within the Techlog workflow without needing to learn any Recall system tools.
Integration with Senergy’s Interactive Petrophysics™ Software
Use PetrisWINDS Recall as the database for your IP™ workflow and transfer data smoothly to and from IP™. Recall gives you confidence in your petrophysics database.
Geomechanics Database
There have been major extensions to the PetrisWINDS Recall database capabilities to improve support for geomechanical characterization and modeling as part of complex reservoir studies. Recall 5.4 allows you to automatically get your geomechanics data out of spreadsheets and into a well-managed database, with new tools to examine and interpret it alongside all of your other well data.
- Produce histograms and crossplots directly from search results
- Derive statistics and save back to Recall
WITSML link GUI
A new graphical user interface for the Recall WITSML link provides manual control over stored data sets as well as the existing automated handling of live data streams. The user can browse around the data source, see what is there, and select the data to download interactively.
