PetrisWINDS OneCall Screening Support System
The PetrisWINDS OneCall Screening Support System is a computer-based, automatic system that helps pipeline companies manage the work associated with processing excavation tickets from a OneCall notification system. PetrisWINDs OneCall electronically receives and screens Excavation Tickets, organizing them by Call Directing Centers (CDC) and then transmits them directly to the appropriate CDC.

- Provides the opportunity to open, categorize, monitor, investigate, and close excavation tickets.

- Generates a historical record on each ticket
