Technology Alliances
Petris maintains active alliances with the following companies, whose products support the development of Petris solutions on and off of the web. For each of the alliances, Petris staff has been fully trained in the application and use of the technology, and holds active certifications from a number of these companies. The products and know-how gained through these alliances help Petris to provide clients the value-added implementation and technology transfer skills necessary to successfully complete projects, including training and technical support, before, during, and after installation.
 AMEC SPIE provides services and expertise in electrical, mechanical and HVAC engineering, energy, communication networks and rail infrastructure to industrial, commercial and institutional customers. Petris and the AMEC SPIE group have joined forces to provide integrated services solutions through the Internet. In particular, AMEC SPIE helps Petris offer true world-wide solutions with support in-region, particularly in Asia.
BEA Systems, Inc. is a world leader in enterprise infrastructure software, helping enable companies to improve business responsiveness through service-oriented architecture (SOA), a software design approach that more closely aligns IT with business objectives. BEA provides their world-class application server portal and integration technology for use in our data management solutions, supporting a full SOA approach which is consistent with Petris’ technology base. Petris is a BEA Select Partner.
ESRI provides a suite of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) applications that help companies make better decisions using location-based information. Petris integrates ESRI’s best-in-class GIS technical applications into many of our products to provide map visualizations.
Microsoft provides operating systems and associated infrastructure technology that are used in Petris solutions. A number of Petris personnel hold active Microsoft certifications.
Oracle is the world's largest enterprise software company. Their robust, world class data base technology underlies many of our products. Oracle is well-accepted in the energy industry, and is considered in many applications to be the industry standard.
TeleAtlas provides high-quality data on a world-wide basis which is used in a number of Petris solutions.
